Dashly only reads data from sources you connect yourself as an organisation, such as your ATS, your payroll, your Facebook Page, your Instagram business account or your ad accounts. Below is how to stop that access and how to have us delete what we already hold. The full rules are in our privacy statement.

1.Disconnect the source in the portal

  • Log in at portal.dashly.nl.
  • Open the connection you want to stop, for example your ATS, your payroll, your Facebook Page or an ad account.
  • Disconnect the source.

From that moment on we no longer fetch anything from that source. If you also want us to delete the data already fetched, ask us in step 3.

2.Revoke access in the service itself

If you gave Dashly access through your account with another service, you can also revoke that access there, instead of or as well as step 1:

  • Facebook Page and Instagram: in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations. Select Dashly and remove the integration.
  • LinkedIn: under Settings → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services. Remove Dashly.
  • Google (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics or Google Sheets): at myaccount.google.com under Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services. Select Dashly and remove its access.
  • Other systems, such as your ATS, planning or payroll: revoke access where the connection or the key for Dashly was created, or ask your supplier.

Revoking access in the service stops new data, but does not delete what we already hold. For that, also disconnect the source (step 1), or ask us to delete it (step 3).

3.Ask us to delete your data

Email sales@dashly.nl, preferably from the email address you use to log in to the portal. Name your organisation and the source, for example Facebook Page or ATS, or say that you want all of your organisation's data deleted.

We delete the data and confirm by email within one month of your request. If a request is complex, that period may be extended by two months; we will tell you so within the first month. One exception: data in our records, such as invoices, is kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Did you only book a demo or email us?

Then email sales@dashly.nl and ask us to delete your data. We remove it from our calendar, our contact management and our email, and confirm this within one month.

Are you a candidate or employee of an organisation that uses Dashly?

Then that organisation is responsible for your data, and Dashly processes it on its behalf. Send your request to the organisation; we carry out the deletion for them. If that doesn't work out, email sales@dashly.nl.
