Dashly or Claude and ChatGPT?
Claude and ChatGPT answer fast. Dashly makes sure they calculate with connected data, fixed formulas and only what you are allowed to see.
Dashly or Power BI?
Power BI shows what you put into it. Dashly supplies what needs to go in: connected data and a model with fixed formulas for workforce.
Dashly or ATS reporting?
Your ATS or scheduling system reports on itself. Dashly shows what recruitment and scheduling deliver in placements, hours and margin.
Dashly or Excel?
Excel is flexible and familiar. Dashly takes the weekly exporting, pasting and checking out of your hands, with one version for everyone.
How to choose
Three questions to choose.
How many systems your question touches
If your question is about one system, the reporting in that system is often enough. If it touches ATS, scheduling, payroll and accounting together, such as margin per placement, you need those systems connected.
Who defines the formulas
What counts as a placement, and does revenue count on the work date, invoice date or booking date? Check whether you define that once, or whether every export, every report and every chat works it out again.
Who maintains it and who has access
Do you build and maintain it yourself, or does someone do that for you? And where does personal data go: into a chat, into a file, or behind permissions per role with logging?
