Who it's for
Four audiences, one model.
Dashly serves flex and permanent workforce, corporates, recruitment marketing agencies and two kinds of partner, each with its own core.
Flex workforce
Temporary staffing with shifts, payrolling, flex pools, field service and events.
Permanent workforce
Recruitment and selection, secondment and temporary staffing with long-term placements.
Corporate and enterprise
Recruitment, HR and workforce planning in large organisations.
Recruitment marketing agency
Campaigns and employer branding for employers.
Back-office service providers
Payroll and administration for multiple client environments.
Recruitment partners
Recruitment for clients, from assignment to candidate.
One model
The same model, a different core.
The model is the same for everyone. The balance, the steering question and the result differ per audience.
Flex workforce
Do we have enough deployable hours for the shifts requested, in the places where we earn the most?
- Balance
- Requested hours against deployable hours, per role, region and week.
- Result
- Margin per hour, per client and per shift.
Why, and what next
Drill down to the cause.
One question per audience, across the modules.
Where will we fall short on shifts, four weeks ahead?
- In which region and role do requested hours exceed deployable hours?
- Is it because availability hasn't been submitted, or because there are too few people in the pool?
- Are there dormant employees with the right skills and a valid certificate?
What you doAsk for availability, reactivate dormant employees or start recruiting in that region.
How we work
We set it up, you approve.
Dashly AGI, our digital colleagues, sets up each layer. A data manager reviews it with you if you want. Nothing goes live until you approve.
Connect
Your systems connected: flowing in automatically, with history, monitored.
Model
The model set up on your definitions: what counts as a placement, hire or worked hour.
Validate
We check the numbers against your own and explain the differences.
Live
Only once the numbers add up: in dashboards, in your own AI, or both.
Questions
Questions about who it's for.
Not sure where you fit? In a demo, we look at your situation together.
01We do both temporary staffing and recruitment and selection. Where do we fit?
The core starts where most of your revenue comes from: for flex, the balance in hours and shifts; for permanent, in vacancies and candidates. The model is the same for both, with the same clients and the same accounting underneath. In a demo, we work out together where you start.
02Does Dashly also work for an in-house recruitment department, without a staffing agency?
Yes, that is what the corporate and enterprise audience is for. There is no client and no margin per hour. Demand comes from your own departments, and you steer on headcount plan, time to hire and cost per hire against budget.
03Is the model different per audience?
No. The model is the same for everyone. What differs per audience is the balance, the weight of the layers, the wording and the order in which we build.
04We run campaigns for employers. Can we also see what happens after the application?
Yes, if your client's ATS is connected. Dashly Collect measures the clicks and applications from your campaigns and links them to the candidate and the placement at your client. So you see, per channel, which campaign leads to a placement, not just to an application.
05We run the back office for several staffing agencies. Do we have to start again for each client?
No. We set up one finance and back-office template and roll it out to each client environment. Per client, you see the exceptions, such as hours that were payrolled but not invoiced.
