Set it up yourself, or with a data manager.

Dashly AGI, our digital colleagues, sets up every layer for you, and you sign off on each step.

Four steps

From connecting to live.

Only when the numbers match your own numbers does it go live.

  1. Connect

Your systems in one place, with history and monitoring.

  2. Model

Your definitions recorded in the model, with formula and owner. Such as what counts as a filled shift or placement.

  3. Validate

Checked against your own records: hours between scheduling and payroll, revenue between Dashly and your accounting.

  4. Live

You sign off. Only then does it go live, in dashboards, in your own AI or both.

At the start

What you get.

Everything you need to steer on numbers that add up.

  • An intake of your organisation, your type of organisation and your systems.
  • Your systems connected, with history.
  • The model set up on your definitions, such as what counts as a filled shift, a placement or an active client.
  • For each KPI, agreed which moment counts: work period, invoice period or booking period.
  • The numbers next to your own records, with the differences explained.
  • Live after your approval: in dashboards, in your own AI or both.

Who does what

We do the work.

You don't need your own data team.

What we do

  • Connect and monitor the connections.
  • Set up and maintain the model.
  • Check, and flag what's missing or off.
  • Connect dashboards and your own AI.

What you do

  • Tell us what only you know, such as what counts as a filled shift or placement.
  • Choose for each KPI which moment counts.
  • Approve each step.
  • Steer on the numbers.

Who sets it up

Digital colleagues, and a data manager.

Dashly AGI is always included. You add Dashly Expertise if you want it.

Dashly AGI

Digital colleagues who set up every layer: connecting, modelling, calculating and dashboards. Included.

Dashly Expertise

A data manager who knows the market. For advice, hands-on work or ongoing support, per hour.

You

You decide the definitions and sign off on each step.

Keeping it accurate

Differences explained.

No promise of zero errors, but a fixed way of working.

  • Hours reconciliation: worked hours between scheduling and payroll, with a target difference below 1%.
  • Revenue reconciliation: revenue between Dashly and your accounting, with a target difference below 0.5%.
  • Data quality alerts: missing or inconsistent data is flagged, not guessed.
  • Differences with your records explained, not glossed over.

Questions

Questions about setup.

We'll discuss how it works for your organisation in a demo.

Do we need our own data team?

No. Dashly AGI connects, sets up the model and checks it. You provide what only you know, such as what counts as a filled shift or placement, and approve each step.

What is Dashly AGI?

Our digital colleagues who set up and maintain every layer: connecting, modelling, calculating and dashboards. Dashly AGI is included. If you want a person to review it, choose a data manager via Dashly Expertise.

What does a data manager do?

A data manager knows the market and the layers of the model. They advise, set things up or maintain it on an ongoing basis. Dashly Expertise is billed per hour.

How long does it take to go live?

That depends on your systems and on how quickly the data is available. In a demo we look at your situation.

What if something doesn't add up?

Then we flag it. You see what we check, what's missing and how we fix it. It only goes live when the numbers match your own records.
