Platform · Dashly Collect

From click to worked hour.

Dashly Collect measures clicks and applications from your job ad campaigns with consent, and links them to candidate, placement and worked hours.

The problem

Recruitment doesn't stop at the application.

What your ad platform can't see, it can't learn from.

Blocked tracking

Browsers and ad blockers stop part of the tracking. Those applications seem to come from nowhere.

Unknown source

Without a source you can't see which channel leads to a placement, or what recruitment really costs per worked hour.

Platforms learn from applications

They optimise on what they see: applications, not the people who keep working.

How it works

Every step linked to the same candidate.

Collect measures on the server, not just in the browser, and links every step to the same candidate.

  1. Click and application

The campaign and the application, recorded on the server with UTM and click ID.

  2. Candidate and placement

Linked to the candidate in your ATS, up to and including the placement.

  3. Worked hours

Every worked hour traceable to the campaign where it started.

  4. Back to the platform

The outcome goes back to your ad platforms, so they learn from people who go on to work.

Source recognition

You see what you measure.

No promises about percentages. You see per channel how complete your measurement is.

  • What share of your applications has a known source.
  • What share of your placements can be linked to a channel.
  • What share of your worked hours can be traced back to recruitment.
  • Per channel and campaign: cost per worked hour and retention after 90 days.

Questions

Questions about Collect.

Want to know what Collect does for your recruitment? We'll discuss it in a demo.

What does Dashly Collect do?

Collect is our own server-side measurement. For each application it records which campaign it came from, links it to placement and worked hours, and sends the outcome back to your ad platforms. So you see what recruitment really costs per worked hour.

Is Collect a regular connection?

No. A connection fetches data from your systems. Collect records what happens itself, from click to application, and links that to your ATS and your hours.

How does Collect handle consent?

Collect measures with the visitor's consent. What may not be measured, we don't measure. You see per channel what share of your applications has a known source.

Does Collect also work if the vacancy runs at my client?

Yes, if your client's ATS is connected. Then you see per campaign which applications lead to a placement at the client.
