    Down to row level: which region, department or client. No personal data for your AI.

How we handle personal data.

  • A data processing agreement (DPA) comes as standard with your contract.
  • Dashly only reads whether a check has been completed. We don't retrieve or store identity documents.
  • Who has access to personal data, person or agent, is visible and monitored.
  • An agent's actions stay within the limits you set. Every decision is recorded, with the reason and who made it.

Where is my data stored?

In a dedicated, isolated Google Cloud environment per customer. Your data isn't stored together with that of other customers.

Does my AI see personal data?

No. Personal data doesn't belong in a standalone chat. Your AI calculates with hours, placements and margin, and you decide per user and per agent, down to row level, what it sees.

Can I decide per employee what they see?

Yes. Permissions go down to row level. A planner sees their own region, a recruiter only recruitment, management everything.

Is there a data processing agreement?

Yes. A data processing agreement (DPA) comes as standard with your contract.

Can I see what happened afterwards?

Yes. Every question and every action is logged: who did it, when, on which data and who approved it.
