The Workforce Intelligence Model has eight main loops for management, with operational loops below them.
Eight main loops
Capacity, commercial, recruitment, skills, margin, quality, market opportunities and compliance. Which loops are core differs per type of organisation.
An example
The recruitment loop: budget per channel, applications, placements, worked hours, cost per worked hour, and back to budget per channel. That way recruitment steers on worked hours instead of applications.
Operational loops
Below the main loops, schedulers, recruiters and account managers work in operational loops, such as the capacity loop, the follow-up loop or the placement readiness loop. They run per day, week or month.
