FormulaCost per worked hour = campaign costs ÷ hours worked by placed candidates

That way you steer recruitment on what it delivers, not on applications.

Why it matters

Two channels can have the same cost per placement, while the people from one channel are gone after two weeks and those from the other stay for months. Cost per worked hour shows that difference. It is the core of the recruitment loop: budget per channel, applications, placements, worked hours, and back to budget.

Where it goes wrong

You need to be able to trace a worked hour back to the campaign: from click and application through candidate and placement to the time entry. If one link is missing, the hour ends up under 'unknown'.

How Dashly calculates it

Dashly calculates it per month from ad platforms, Dashly Collect and the back office, through the supply key. Key coverage shows what share of worked hours has a known recruitment source.
